Perusing the Daily Camera today and saw an article mentioning some great restaurants in Boulder that are family owned and operated (I am a fan of Black Pepper Pho). While the article was good, I was a bit annoyed at the mention that the 29th St Mall was just a food court full of chain restaurants. DON’T FORGET MODMARKET. When the 29th St Mall was considered a restaurant wasteland, we sucked it up and built out a restaurant that sparked a revival over there. We are locally created, owned and operated too! Don’t let our neighbors fool you!
