Mod Market, one of Colorado’s most health-conscious quick-service restaurants, which launched in Boulder in 2009, brings its flavorful salads, gourmet sandwiches and made-from-scratch soups to Denver. Offering a seasonal menu comprised of fresh produce, whole grains and all- natural meats (all made from scratch daily) the restaurant, which focuses on keeping things simple by serving “real food” with whole ingredients, opened its second spot in Glendale.
