So yesterday, I was in my driveway working our giant chalkboard for our Farmer’s Market booth when a young girl came up and started chatting with me. Her name is Isabelle and she lives a few houses away from me, though we have never met. When I explained what the giant chalkboard was for, she inquired about what kind of food we served. I said food that was good for you. To which her response was ‘gluten free?’. She then explained to me, in amazing detail, how she found out she was gluten intolerant and how hard it is to find places to eat that serve GF foods that are not very expensive. Note that Isabelle is 9 years old. I was amazed at both how well spoken she was AND how much she knew about how what she eats effects her health. Very inspiring. She then informed me that she had to be moving along but that she would tell her parents all about Modmarket. Hope to see her family in the store soon.

I found your Denver store because you have dairy free cheese which doesn't sound like a big deal, but now my 3 year old who is SEVERELY allergic to milk can have pizza out in public! Thank you!!
